Forvis Mazars offers Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance benefits to provide financial protection for you and your family. Administered through Unum, these benefits help safeguard against the financial impact of an unexpected death or qualifying accident. Basic coverage is provided by the firm, and eligible employees may have the option to elect additional coverage for themselves and their dependents.
