Vision Plan Enhancements
- Beginning January 1, 2027, the Vision Plan will include frame allowance increases to $130 (Standard) and $200 (Premier) and a new LightCare benefit being added to the Premier vision plan. LightCare provides a $200 allowance that can be used toward:
- Ready-made non-prescription sunglasses
- Non-prescription blue light filtering glasses
Prescription Drug Coverage Update
- Effective 1/1/2027, coverage for GLP-1 medications prescribed for weight loss or weight management will be discontinued. Coverage will continue for approved Type 2 diabetes and MASH indications
