Your Benefits Are Active — Here’s What Happens Next

Set Up Your Accounts, Access Your Benefits, and Take Advantage of the Resources Available to You

Now that your benefit elections are complete, your next step is making sure you can access and use each of your benefits with confidence. Over the next several business days, you may receive ID cards, account activation emails, or instructions for setting up your online member portals depending on the benefits you selected.

Be sure to register your accounts with each benefit provider so you can access important tools such as digital ID cards, provider searches, prescription cost estimators, claims management, reimbursement submissions, beneficiary updates, and retirement account management. Many of your plans also include valuable preventive care services and additional wellness benefits that are fully covered or provide extra financial incentives — so take time to explore the resources available and make the most of your benefits throughout the year.

If you experience a qualifying life event and need to make mid-year changes to your benefits, please reference our Life Events page and the Qualifying Life Event Benefit Changes instruction guide.
