If you have any questions regarding a recent payment or the shipping of a product you recently bought, you will need to contact the store or merchant directly. If you paid for a product directly on PerkSpot and have a question please emailcs@perkspot.com, call support at 866-606-6057, option 1, or live chat with through the PerkSpot website.
Click on the “Suggest a Merchant” link at the top of the homepage. PerkSpot will review the information, determine whether it is a fit for the program, and contact the merchant to explore whether a discount can be negotiated.
Click the “My Account” link at the top of your screen. Change the “Home” zip code to the zip code of the area you are moving/traveling to and click “Update My Account”.
