One Pass Select™ is a fitness and well-being subscription service that’s designed around you and your goals. There are 5 subscription membership tiers to choose from, with the option to change tiers monthly. Members can also add unlimited family or friends to their membership, and those family/friends can enroll in whatever tier they choose.  The employee will pay the applicable cost of the tier for the family/friend.

One Pass Select provides access to over 20,000 gyms and fitness studios. Members have multi-location access, which allows subscribers to join multiple locations at a time.

How to Get Started

Visit the experience at www.OnePassSelect.com. If you are visiting for the first time, you will need to register. If you are enrolled in medical insurance (UHC) through the firm, you can use your SSN or UHC HealthSafeID to register. If you are not enrolled in the firm’s medical plan, you are able to use your Employer Assigned ID (found in Workday) to register. If you are a returning user, you can use your username and password to login.

 

Eligibility

This program is available to all benefit eligible full-time and part-time staff who work at least 20 hours per week (1,000 hours per year) including Managing Directors, Partners, and Principals. You do not have to be enrolled in benefits to be eligible for this program. One Pass Select is not available to Talent Shift, Interns, or Seasonal employees.

The digital membership tier provides you discounted access to thousands of on-demand and livestreaming exercise classes through different online fitness partners. One Pass Select gym membership tiers offer free access to grocery and household delivery services that provide the convenience of having healthy foods delivered to your home.

First, you’ll select a tier that fits your goals. Once you enroll with your One Pass Select membership you will receive a 9-digit member code and it will display on your dashboard. You will use your member code to enroll with participating fitness locations, online fitness partners, and additional benefits. Your member code is how our partners identify you as a One Pass Select member and provide you with your membership.

The Digital membership tier provides you with access to thousands of on-demand and livestreaming exercise classes through different online fitness partners. The Classic, Standard, Premium, and Elite tiers will include the Digital tier, thousands of fitness locations, as well as additional benefits including grocery delivery services if applicable. The difference between tiers Classic – Elite is the number of gyms and studios you will have access to in your One Pass Select network. As you go up in tier, it encompasses all the tiers below it.

Visit www.OnePassSelect.com and login or register. Choose the tier that meets your fitness goals. To change your membership tier, select “Your account” and visit the “Manage membership” section.

Once you select your membership tier, you will be prompted to enter your credit or debit card payment information. One Pass Select is an employee-paid benefit. Fees are subject to state and local sales tax. You will not pay any income taxes on this benefit.

No, you will not receive a One Pass Select member card. Once you have purchased a One Pass Select membership, you can print out your One Pass Select member code or add it to your Apple or Google wallet. You will use your member code to enroll with fitness locations upon your first visit.

Yes, there is a One Pass app available. Search “One Pass” in the Apple App Store and Google Play store to download.

You can view all online fitness partners prior to enrollment. Once you log into your One Pass Select experience, click the link to “See all online fitness partners”.

Once you select your tier and purchase your One Pass Select membership, you’ll receive your member code. Access the online fitness classes by going to the One Pass Select website, selecting the online fitness partner of your choice and entering your member code when prompted. To receive access to the online fitness partners at no cost, you must register through the One Pass Select website with your member code. You’ll then be able to access the online fitness partner’s classes through their website or app.

You can view all partnered fitness locations and their tier prior to purchasing a membership on our website www.OnePassSelect.com. Members will have access to participating locations within the membership tier selected and purchased. Participating fitness locations and tier level are subject to change.

As part of One Pass Select, participating gyms and fitness studios will provide access to the standard services, amenities, or number of classes normally part of the participating fitness location’s standard membership offering. Contact the specific location(s) you are interested in joining to learn more. While most locations are unlimited, some fitness studios such as Pure Barre, Orangetheory and Club Pilates have monthly visit limits by location. This will be noted on the website under the location’s “Details”. Call your location or customer support for specific membership details.

All participating fitness locations will need your One Pass Select member code to identify you as a One Pass Select member and provide you with your membership. Best practice is to reach out to the participating fitness location by phone call or email to provide them with your member code and receive next steps to complete your registration. When searching participating fitness locations within the One Pass Select experience, some partners will include instructions on how to register online. Within the One Pass Select experience, only the participating fitness locations within your enrolled membership tier will be displayed. You can upgrade or downgrade your tier as needed within the One Pass Select experience, under “Manage Membership”.

You may be subject to an enrollment fee for your One Pass Select subscription, but the enrollment fee at participating fitness locations will be waived for members enrolled in One Pass Select. You may be required to sign a facility waiver. Different locations have different policies and procedures. Please contact the participating fitness location you are interested in joining to learn more.

You will receive a standard membership or class package at each participating fitness location. Extra services that consist of additional fees (such as personal training, fee-based group fitness classes or additional classes outside of the standard membership offering) are not included and will have to be paid for out of pocket through your gym or fitness center. Contact the specific location(s) you are interested in joining to learn more. Other restrictions may apply as set forth in the applicable Terms and Conditions.

Yes, you can use multiple fitness locations during the same month. You will need to present your member code to each new participating fitness location you want to use. The location will enroll you, providing access to a standard membership at no additional cost. You can even use locations while traveling.

If you already have a gym membership but want to purchase One Pass Select, you will need to notify your gym or fitness facility that you’d like to cancel your membership and enroll in One Pass Select. Share your member code with your gym so they can enroll you through One Pass Select.

Yes, once you select your tier and purchase your subscription, you can nominate a gym to join the One Pass Select network by: 1. Logging into One Pass Select 2. Go to the “Gyms and Classes” tab 3. Locate the “Don’t see your favorite gym? Nominate it here” link and complete the form. Depending on the interest and responsiveness of the fitness location, the process timeline can vary. One Pass Select will not contact you if your nominated gym joins the network. Our website is updated regularly so we advise you to check the website for updates to the network.

One Pass Select is partnered with Walmart+ and Shipt. Grocery delivery service may be included in One Pass Select tier options Classic through Elite. Under the “Your Perks” tab, use the links to access Shipt or Walmart+. Then enter your One Pass Select member code to enroll with a free membership. If you do not see the “Your Perks” tab within your experience, please note that it may not be included in your employer’s plan.

If you previously signed up for an annual Shipt or Walmart+ membership and later become eligible for One Pass Select, you will not be refunded your annual membership. You will need to cancel your annual Shipt or Walmart+ membership prior to the membership renewing and then you can enroll through One Pass Select.

To see if Shipt is available in your zip code area PRIOR to selecting a One Pass Select membership, visit www.shipt.com. On the main screen, provide your delivery address and click “Get Started”. If Shipt is available in your area, you will be brought to a screen that displays all available retailers. If Shipt is NOT available in your area, a pop up will appear and you can provide an email to receive notification of any future changes to availability.

Members receive a complementary Walmart+ membership including free shipping with no minimum order. Members receive free grocery delivery with no item markups. Members will have access to the standard Walmart+ membership, extra services may include additional fees.

Membership is instant, and you will be charged for the full current calendar month on the day you sign up (One Pass Select does not offer proration). On the 1st of each month, your payment method on file will be charged a recurring monthly membership fee at your chosen tier level, for the current month.

Yes, you will receive a monthly invoice via email. Also, within the “Manage Membership” page you can click “View Invoices” to view and download a PDF of your One Pass Select invoices.

Members whose credit card fails to be charged will receive an email notifying them that their card has been declined and providing a link to the member portal to update their payment method. They will receive a 27-day grace period before their One Pass Select account is cancelled. If their account is cancelled, they will receive an email notifying them of the cancellation.

You may submit a cancellation request at any time. Because your One Pass Select membership is billed in advance, you must cancel at least 30 days in advance of your next billing date (1st of each month) for your cancellation to be effective at the end of the following calendar month. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the next billing date will be effective at the end of the second calendar month after you submit your cancellation. Please note that if you decide to enroll again in the future, you may be subject to an enrollment fee.

Yes. However, it will not be at the negotiated rate Forvis Mazars has. Your firm benefit will end on the last day of the month in which you are terminated. You can sign up for One Pass Select via their website. 

One Pass Select members can add unlimited individuals ages 18+ onto their primary account. These additional subscriptions will receive a 10% discount on their tier of choice and will be billed to the primary account. Each family member or friend will receive their own independent One Pass Select subscription and member code. You can access this feature in the One Pass Select experience, under “Manage Membership”.

Family members and friends will receive an email once their account has been set up with a unique Member Code and a “Get Started” link to their applicable One Pass Select experience. We recommend that family members and friends save this link for all future use.

Go to the Manage Membership page, locate the Family Memberships tile and there you can Edit the member information or cancel the member’s subscription. When you upgrade or downgrade a family member or friend’s tier, the updated tier and price will go into effect on the 1st of the following month.

All updates to the family member or friend One Pass Select membership are controlled by the Primary Account holder on the Primary Account holders One Pass Select manage membership page.

A HealthSafe ID (HSID) is a unique identifier which is used across the One Pass Select organization. This will be your username and password for the One Pass Select platform. If you already have an HSID, you can use the same login for One Pass Select.

If you can’t remember, please use the ‘forgot username’ or ‘forgot password’ link or contact One Pass Select Customer Support.

2 Factor Authentication is required for security purposes to keep member information secure. 2 Factor Authentication is needed when member accesses One Pass Select from a new device. It is not always required if the member has already accessed One Pass Select from the device.

When a login from a new device is recognized, you will be prompted to select how you wish to receive your verification code (text message or phone call). Enter the verification code to continue.

You can contact support by logging in with your Healthsafe ID (HSID) and going to “Help Center & FAQs”. On the right-hand side, you can connect with customer support via email or phone call.
