Log in to myuhc.com.
At the top of the screen, go to Find Care & Costs → Virtual Care.
From there, you can sort by the type of care you’re seeking.
Please note: Your screen may look slightly different based on your specific health plan and care type.
When you click Get Started, you’ll be prompted to choose a virtual care vendor. Each vendor has its own “Get Started” button, which takes you directly to that vendor’s registration or login page. First-time users will need to register with the selected vendor before scheduling a visit.
For Virtual Behavioral Health visits, you’ll be directed to a provider search tool to help you find licensed mental health professionals who meet your needs.
The cost of a virtual visit varies based on your individual health plan and coverage details. Be sure to check your policy for specific copay or deductible information.
