Forvis Mazars is excited to announce our partnership with Navigate to provide a wellness program that focuses on the whole person; physical, financial, and social/emotional wellbeing.

The personalized wellbeing journey lets everyone work on what they care about and start where they are. This platform is here to help you achieve your unique health goals.

Forvis Mazars’ Wellness Program has 2 required activities: a wellbeing survey and annual exam with biometric labs to open multiple activities worth points to use through BRAVO!

How to Get Started

Navigate to the Forvis Mazars Wellness Program platform. For security purposes, the log in will require your name and employee ID (this can be found in Workday). Follow the link below for SSO to the wellness page:

Eligibility

This program is available to all benefit eligible full-time and part-time staff who work at least 20 hours per week (1,000 hours per year) including Managing Directors, Partners, and Principals. You do not have to be enrolled in benefits to receive the rewards. This program is not available to Talent Shift, Interns, or Seasonal employees.

Frequently Asked Questions

Forvis Mazars partners and employees who are not temporary, seasonal, interns, or Talent Shift are eligible to participate in the Forvis Mazars Wellness Program. You may earn up to a maximum of 37,500 BRAVO! points for activities completed between January 1, 2026 – November 30, 2026.

 Enrollment in Forvis Mazars benefits is not required.

Only firm partners and employees are eligible for the wellness program in 2026. Interns, seasonal, or temporary employees are not eligible to participate.

Yes! All eligible Partners and Employees may participate in the 2026 Wellness program.

If you are unable to complete certain tasks due to extenuating circumstances, we can provide alternatives. Please submit a case in Workday by going to your homepage and “Create Case”.

You may track your progress in the Navigate platform by logging in and reviewing the activity table on the main screen. Any activities that are done will show as “complete”.

Follow the “Sync Device” instructions on the wellness platform or use the document in the Quick Links.

BRAVO! points will be awarded by mid-December each year for the program that ended November 30 of that year. 

NOTE: All activities must be completed and recorded in the wellness portal by November 30 to be eligible for rewards.

The Physician Form is located on the wellness portal in the menu. It is also located in the activity “Annual Exam”.

To receive BRAVO! points, you must be actively employed on the date the BRAVO! points are awarded in December.
